The preeflow® eco-DUO600 is a pressure-tight 2K metering system which consists of a rotor in a self-sealing stator for each component. The controlled rotation of the rotor positively displaces the fluid or paste in the stator. Metering without any modification to the material properties of the fluid or paste is guaranteed. Since the metering can also take place in reverse rotation, for a suck-back effect, preeflow® eco-DUO provides a clean, controlled fluid break-off without any dripping at the tip.
The "DC version" is a further development of the standard preeflow® system. The two screw rotors conveyors are equipped with a so-called "Diamond Coated" casing, which guarantees a longer service life - especially with filled materials. In addition, the stators (blue version - VisLas material) are also optimized for filled media. This version is the highest quality version of the eco-DUO 2k mixing system.
