Example jet process
From bonding a catheter to applying silicone to a cannula - the jet process with the DV-6110 dispensing valve offers an elegant solution for a wide range of applications. The smallest amounts of fluid can be shot onto the components over a distance of a few millimeters in the shortest possible time without contact and with the highest precision. The fluid is only applied to the desired location without contaminating the surrounding area. The fast jet process increases the cycle time of the production line.
Example of volumetric dispensing
Our volumetric valves from the eco-PEN product group are frequently used in the packaging of sterile components. With this valve, for example, saline can be applied variably in the required target quantities, but with the precision of a volumetric dispensing process.
