The pistons of the 8000 series make it possible to exert a constant pressure on the material. The pistons therefore hold the material to be dispensed, along with possible vapors, securely in the barrel. Uniform emptying is also possible when dispensing higher viscosity materials.

The green smooth-flow piston offers low friction contact against the barrel wall. It can be used for almost all dispensing applications. The double lip design prevents the formation of air bubbles and prevents residues by wiping the inside barrel wall clean.
