The VC300 valve controller series includes several models which differ in their technical designs. For this reason, only the VC300 model will be referred to in the following write-up.
Model VC300 valve controller is used for the precise control of suitable pneumatically controlled dispensing valves in combination with the electrical control of the speedBOX (Art.No.: 580582), such as dispensing utilizing needle valve Model DV5425 or similar other valves.
With the aid of a compressed air regulator, the dispensing pressure can be precisely adjusted to the material being dispensed contained in from a barrel or a cartridge. In conjunction with the integrated timer module, precise material quantities can be easily dispensed.
