The 5325 suck-back valve is used to dispense medium to high viscosity fluids very accurately. Due to its compact design, the valve can be used in automatic lines and in tight structural conditions. The dispensing valve is pneumatically controlled. Due to the suck-back feature, an exact fluid cut-off is achieved. The retraction stroke can be adjusted via an adjusting screw.
Mode of operation:
The valve is closed in the rest position. The material retraction function can be adjusted on the valve. The valve is opened with application of the controlled air. The valve plunger unit moves downwards, and then the material can flow via the material inlet to the material outlet. Optionally, auxiliary air can also be used for faster closing of the valve. Otherwise, the valve closes with internal spring force. A small oiler can be used to create a moisture barrier when moisture-sensitive material is metered.
