The diaphragm dispensing valve DV-5625-MED made of stainless steel 1.4404 (316L) and PE-UHMW is ideally suited for dispensing liquids of the lower and medium viscosity range in the medical technology industry, as the diaphragm hermetically separates the wetted parts from the control unit. With its easy-to-clean and easy-to-service design, these are optimal prerequisites for dispensing cyanoacrylates, UV adhesives, paints and inks, oils, alcohols and other low-viscosity substances. This valve is mounted vertically.
Functionality
The valve is opened by means of a compressed air pulse. A built-in spring closes the valve. The DV-5625-MED valve clearly proves its superiority, especially with high-frequency dispensing cycles of small dispensing quantities. The respective quantities can be precisely adjusted by means of a fine adjustment at the head of the valve. The Luer Lock connection has a very small dead volume!
