The torque wrench set enables you to carry out maintenance on our DV-6200 piezoelectric jet valves. It includes adjustment tools for the adjust, torque wrenches, tools for changing the tappet and the nozzle insert and many more. For this purpose, the special bits items 9, 10 & 11 are included, which are manufactured exclusively for the DV-6200 series and make handling much easier. As the specified torques are very low, the included torque wrench has a working range of 0.4 - 2.0 Nm and works with an accuracy of < +/- 1.0 % at 20°C. A table with the respective torques is included in the set and is also available for download. Please note that the set does not contain all the positions shown in the cover. The items marked in orange are not included in the scope of delivery. However, some empty positions in the set (items 2, 4, 6, 17) can be subsequently filled with the tool supplied with the valve. The MDT 310 tappet changing tool (item 18) must be purchased separately and is available from us under item number 507812.
