The Diaphragm Valve DV-5625-U is ideally suited for low to medium viscosity range materials, whereby the diaphragm separates the wetted parts from the control unit. Its UHMW-PE housing ensures metal-contact-free passage of the liquid. These are optimal operating conditions for the dispensing of cyanoacrylates, paints, inks, electrolytes, glue, alcohols and other low viscosity substances. This valve is mounted vertically.
Functionality
The valve is opened by means of a compressed air impulse. A built-in spring closes the valve. The DV-5625-U valve clearly proves its superiority especially for high-frequency dispensing cycles of small dispensing quantities. The respective quantities can be set up exactly by means of a fine adjustment at the head of the valve. The Luer Lock connection has a very small dead volume.
