The VC1425 controller allows synchronous changes of the dispensing parameters on the DV-6225 piezo jet valve. Adjustable pulse times in the millisecond range allow droplet diameters of a few hundred micrometres and dispensing volumes < 10 nanoliters per shot. User-defined cycle counters allow monitoring and control of media consumption and wear on the nozzle and tappet. A real-time clock provides the event timestamp for traceable process control.
The VC1425 control unit is designed for installation in 19'' racks. For operation directly at the workplace, we offer special housings on request.
