The micro dispensing valve DV-6110 is a newly designed valve for contactless dispensing of fluids and pastes. In non-contact dispensing or jetting, a small drop or a short jet of liquid is "shot" at a component over a short distance in a free-flying manner (it is "jetted"). A fast-switching pneumatic system ensures high and precise acceleration of the valve tappet. This in turn enables small and exact quantities of liquid to be released cleanly.
