The USB camera is designed for easy programming support with an XYZ dispensing robot or axis system from the VR3000/JC-3 series.
In combination with the associated MS-Windows programming software JR-C Points 2 (Article No.: 505880), programming, robot movement, and optimization of the dispensing process can be easily and directly performed on a PC or laptop.
Especially for contactless dispensing, e.g., with the DV-6110 jet valve (Article No.: 504885), the USB teaching camera is an indispensable aid, as visual programming over a needle tip cannot occur during jetting. However, it also provides significant assistance and quality improvement for more frequent contact dispensing via a dispensing needle.
