With the cartridge filler, liquids and pastes such as grease, epoxy resin, silicone or solder paste from 180cc Semco® cartridges can be efficiently transferred into small cartridges from 3 cc to 55 cc. The filling device has a metal cartridge sleeve to accommodate a Euro cartridge. The small cartridge receptacle has a thread for screwing in Luer-Lock cartridges.
The cartridge filling device is connected to an air pressure regulator via its manual valve switch. The pressure preselection depends on the liquid. The switch located on the side of the stand opens the compressed air supply. For optimum control of the process, the cartridge filler can be pressurized by a DC 1060 dispensing unit (optional) or a compressed air inlet up to 6 bar.
