The diaphragm valve DV-5625SS is ideally suited for low to medium viscosity range materials, whereby the diaphragm separates the wetted parts from the control unit. These are optimum operating conditions for dispensing cyanoacrylates, UV adhesives, paints, inks, electrolytes, glue, alcohols and other low viscosity substances. This valve is mounted vertically.
Functionality
The valve is opened by means of a compressed air impulse. A built-in spring closes the valve. The DV-5625SS valve clearly proves its superiority, especially for high-frequency dispensing cycles of small dispensing quantities. The respective quantities can be precisely set up via a fine adjustment at the head of the valve. The Luer Lock connection has a very small dead volume!
